FAIN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Carl Simmons appeals from his conviction and sentence for Possession of Drug Abuse Instruments. He argues that he was denied the effective assistance of trial counsel and that his conviction is against the manifest weight of the evidence. We conclude that Simmons was not denied his constitutional right to the effective assistance of counsel and that his conviction is not against the manifest weight...
