{¶1} Virgil Lemarr appeals from the decree of divorce entered by the Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. We conclude that the trial court erred when it awarded Melissa Lemarr attorney fees of $17,000, so we modify the judgment and enter judgment in the amount of $15,000 for attorney fees to Melissa Lemarr.
