{¶1} Brian and Carol Johnson took their seven-week-old son N.J. to the emergency room because his left arm looked broken. X-rays revealed that N.J. not only had a displaced humerus, but twelve other fractures at various stages of healing. The Grand Jury indicted Mr. Johnson, who was N.J.'s primary caregiver, on three counts of felonious assault and five counts...
