INTRODUCTION

{¶1} Sean Allen and Bryan Crutcher pleaded no contest to trafficking in marijuana and other charges. The trial court found them guilty and immediately proceeded to sentencing. For trafficking in marijuana, a felony of the fifth degree, it imposed a $250 fine on each defendant. It also ordered Mr. Allen and Mr. Crutcher to remain on "good behavior" for one year.
