{¶ 1} Appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals from the judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas dismissing an indictment charging appellee, Paul D. Stone, with having weapons under disability in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(3). For the reasons discussed below, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the matter for further proceedings.
