{¶1} Howard Bartlett, Jr., is appealing from his convictions for domestic violence and assault. He assigns four errors for our consideration:

ASSIGNMENT OF ERROR NUMBER ONE THE DEFENDANT WAS DEPRIVED OF HIS RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL AND DUE PROCESS OF LAW WHEN A POLICE OFFICER WAS ALLOWED TO PRESENT, OVER OBJECTION, OPINION TESTIMONY INDICATING THAT HE BELIEVED THAT THE COMPLAINANT...
