{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Michael Boyd, appeals from a judgment of the Ohio Court of Claims in favor of defendant-appellee, the Ohio Department of Mental Health ("ODMH"), on Boyd's claims for racial discrimination in violation of R.C. 4112.02 and wrongful discharge in violation of public policy. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.
