OPINION

GRADY, P.J.

{¶1} Defendant, Joseph Pattson, appeals from his conviction and mandatory six year prison sentence for possession of heroin, between ten and fifty grams, R.C. 2925.11(A), which was entered on his no contest plea after the trial court overruled Defendant's motion to suppress evidence. On appeal, Defendant challenges only the trial court's decision overruling his motion to suppress evidence.
