{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a final order granting a new trial in a personalinjury action on the motion of the defendants-appellees pursuant to Civ.R. 59. We find that the trial court abused its discretion in granting their motion. Accordingly, the order from which the appeal is taken will be reversed and vacated.
