{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Jerry D. Chandler, appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Plaintiff-appellee, the State of Ohio, appeals from the same judgment. For the following reasons, we affirm appellant's convictions and sentence.
