Appellant, Amber Angelis ("Angelis"), appeals the probate court's denial of her motion to vacate a final adoption decree. We find no merit to the appeal and affirm.

In September 2009, the Cuyahoga County Probate Court granted David and Erin Greene's petition to adopt a baby ("G.G."). Approximately nine months later, Angelis, G.G.'s birth mother, filed a motion to vacate the final adoption decree...
