OPINION

POWELL, P.J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Daniel G. Speakman, Jr., was convicted of five counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor after it was alleged that in 2009 and 2010 he committed sexual acts with a girl living in his household. Speakman appealed, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence for three of those counts. We reverse one count, finding insufficient evidence, but affirm the two other counts appealed.
