{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Shurmale Lamar Garner, appeals from the Judgment Entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, denying his Motion to Vacate and Correct Void Judgment. The issue to be decided in this case is whether res judicata precludes a defendant from raising errors regarding the validity of jury verdict forms subsequent to his direct appeal.
