{¶1} Plaintiff-Appellant State of Ohio, appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas dismissing with prejudice the indictment of Defendant-Appellee Daniel Jones, due to a violation of his speedy trial rights. The State argues that the triple-count provision of the speedy trial statue did not apply because Jones was being held on charges in the case at bar as well as a probation holder. The State...
