{¶1} Appellant Clark Dixon, appeals the judgment of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas denying his motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (JNOV) and for a new trial, following a jury verdict in favor of Defendant-Appellee, Thomas J.
