{¶ 1} Lance McLeod appeals from the decision of the Bedford Municipal Court. McLeod argues the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress, erred when it failed to commence his trial in a timely fashion, and that these errors resulted in an inadequate record on appeal. Finding merit to this appeal, we vacate McLeod's underlying convictions.
