{¶1} Alonzo Blevins was one of four back seat passengers in a vehicle stopped by law enforcement for a cracked windshield. The driver, front seat passenger, and Blevins had outstanding warrants. Upon their arrest, a search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of a trace amount of methamphetamine and numerous materials that could be used to make the drug.
