FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Mark A. Fair was convicted after a jury trial in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of complicity to commit burglary, receiving stolen property, and assault on a peace officer. The trial court sentenced him to an aggregate term of six years in prison.
