{¶1} Defendants-appellants, Doug A. Baker and Nancy C. Baker ("the Bakers"), appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Everhome Mortgage Company, in Everhome's action to foreclose upon a note and mortgage.
