{¶ 1} Ronald E. Tate appeals from a judgment of the Lake County Common Pleas Court denying his post-sentence motion to withdraw his guilty plea. He claims his counsel was ineffective; he was coerced into pleading guilty after the trial court denied his request to substitute counsel; and his counsel's ineffectiveness rendered his plea unknowing and involuntary.
