{¶ 1} This consolidated appeal arises from the trial court's ruling in three sex offender reclassification cases. Defendant-appellant, the state of Ohio ("State"), appeals the trial court's granting relief from reclassification for plaintiffs-appellees, Berteena Rollins ("Rollins"), Harold Washington ("Washington"), and Antonio Orr ("Orr") (collectively referred to as "appellees").
