{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, James Mitchell, appeals from the order of the trial court that rejected his request to be reclassified as a Tier I offender under the Adam Walsh Act ("AWA"), reclassified him as a Tier II sex offender, then sua sponte restored his original sexual predator classification under Megan's Law. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
