{¶1} On August 28, 2007, appellant, Brian Tabor, was sentenced to five years of community control in the case sub judice. On May 13, 2008, appellant was ordered to complete a treatment program at the Licking—Muskingum Community Correction Center (hereinafter "LMCCC").
