{1} The Appellant in this case is the State of Ohio, appealing the decision of the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas to sustain a motion to suppress in a felony drug case. Appellee was charged with one count of possession of heroin. The charge arose from a police traffic stop in East Liverpool, Ohio.
