{¶1} Defendant-appellant Thomas Phelps left the Almost Home Bar after a scuffle with an employee and returned shortly thereafter with a loaded gun that he used to shoot and kill the employee. The bar's surveillance system captured these events. As a result, Phelps was later charged with and convicted of one count of aggravated murder and two counts of having weapons under a disability.
