{¶1} Pro-se Appellant, Steven A. Mason, appeals the decision of the Columbiana County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion "for the correct reflection of his jail-time credit pursuant to R.C. 2967.191 and Crim. R. 36." On appeal, Mason argues that the trial court violated his rights under the Equal Protection Clause when it failed to grant him jail-time credit for 109 days he spent in the Columbiana County Jail...
