{¶1} Appellant, Jeffrey Kunz, appeals from his conviction in the Wood County Court of Common Pleas on one count of robbery, a violation of R.C. 2911.02(A)(2) and a felony of the second degree. For the reasons that follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.
