{¶ 1} Appellant Frank Quinonez ("Quinonez") appeals his conviction following a bench trial in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Case No. CR-469210 on one count each of aggravated robbery, assault, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and passing a bad check.
