{¶ 1} Appellant Frank Evans appeals his convictions for possession and trafficking of drugs and possession of criminal tools and assigns the following errors for our review:

"I. The trial court erred in denying appellant's motion to suppress the evidence in this case because it was obtained in violation of his state and federal constitutional right to be free of unreasonable...
