{¶1} Defendant-Appellant Stephen H. Whitt appeals from the judgment of the Coshocton County Court of Common Pleas, convicting him of two counts of rape and two counts of sexual battery.

{¶2} The minor victim, N.P. was born on January 25, 1995, making her twelve and thirteen years old at the time of the offenses described herein. N.P. has two brothers, one older and one younger. All three children resided with their grandmother...
