{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, William C. Wickline ("Wickline"), appeals the judgment of the Logan County Court of Common Pleas ordering him to pay over $30,000 in restitution to the victim and the victim's insurance company after he pled guilty to a misdemeanor theft offense.
