{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Nadra Thomas, filed September 18, 2009. Ms. Thomas and Carl Thomas were granted a divorce on February 11, 2008, and Ms. Thomas was granted custody of the couple's only child, A.T., who was born on January 6, 2004. Mr. Thomas was granted visitation with A.T. every weekend from 6:00 p.m. on Friday until the following Sunday at 6:00...
