{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Raymont A. Nichols appeals the April 13, 2010 judgment of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas that resentenced him to correct the imposition of post-release control. Appointed appellate counsel filed a no-merit brief pursuant to Anders v. California (1967), 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.E.2d 493 and State v. Toney (1970),
