{¶1} Pro-se appellant Dave Mayfield, dba Absolutely Awesome Bail Agency, appeals the January 19, 2010 decision of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas that ruled in favor of appellee Ameritech Publishing, and awarded $64,247.41, plus interest and costs. On appeal, Mayfield argues that the trial court's decision was erroneous, as Ameritech had failed to prove that a valid contract existed between the parties. Alternatively...
