{¶ 1} This case concerns the validity and enforceability of the 1992 decree dissolving Richard Lamb's marriage to Jane Lamb. Pursuant to the separation agreement incorporated into the dissolution decree, Jane sought a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) allocating to her a portion of Richard's pension benefits. Richard contends that the decree is invalid because the decree contains only a rubber stamp of the judge...
