OPINION
FAIN, J.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jeffrey Hill appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a no-contest plea, on one count of Possession of Heroin, in an amount less than one gram. Hill contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence and statements. We conclude that the trial court did not err. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is Affirmed.
