{¶ 1} This is a consolidated appeal from two judgments of the Sandusky County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, following trustee Raymond Heslet's complaint for declaratory judgment seeking guidance concerning the distribution to be made following the death Raymond Artz, Sr. For the following reasons, the judgments of the trial court are affirmed.
