DECISION AND JUDGMENT

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, which vacated a magistrate's sua sponte decision and a judge's permanent order which modified an agreed court child support order. After considering the assignments of error, we affirm the trial court.
