{¶ 1} Stanley Jones ("Jones") appeals from the trial court's decision denying his oral motion to vacate his guilty plea. Jones argues the trial court erred when it failed to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea and, again, when it failed to appoint counsel to represent him at the hearing on his motion to withdraw a previously entered plea of guilty.
