{¶ 1} In this appeal, we decide whether a videotape recording of the trial court proceedings filed in the court of appeals constitutes a "transcript" pursuant to App.R. 9(A) and R.C. 2953.21(A)(2) so as to trigger the 180-day time requirement for filing a petition for postconviction relief under the statute.
