{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Jeffrey Olin, filed this action against defendant, Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV), alleging his driver's license was improperly recorded as suspended by BMV, which resulted in his vehicle being impounded after a traffic stop by local police on July 4, 2010.
