{¶ 1} Rick A. Harding (hereinafter "Harding") appeals his convictions for three counts of felonious assault by the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas following a bench trial. Harding contends that the trial court's determination that Harding did not act in self-defense was against the manifest weight of the evidence. Because Harding violated his duty to retreat, we disagree....
