{¶ 1} Rondal Adkins appeals from the trial court's judgment entry overruling his motion to vacate a void sentence and terminate post-release control. Adkins contends the trial court improperly imposed post-release control when it re-sentenced him in 2003, rendering the post-release control portion of his sentence void.
