{¶ 1} This appeal is from the July 1, 2010 judgment of the Toledo Municipal Court, which sentenced appellant, Dominique Young, after she was convicted by a jury of violating R.C. 2903.13(A), assault on a peace officer. Upon consideration of the assignments of error, we affirm the decision of the lower court. Appellant asserts the following assignments of error on appeal:
