{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Perez Worley (Worley), appeals his convictions. Finding merit to the appeal, we reverse and remand.
{¶ 2} In July 2009, Worley was charged in a 15-count indictment. Counts 1 and 2 charged him with attempted murder, Counts 3-6 charged him with aggravated robbery, Counts 7-10 charged him with felonious assault, Counts 11-14 charged him...
