INTRODUCTION

{¶1} Donald Hubbard pleaded guilty to five counts of aggravated robbery, and the trial court sentenced him to 14 years in prison. In 2008, Mr. Hubbard moved to withdraw his plea, arguing that the indictment was defective, but the trial court denied his motion. In 2009, both Mr. Hubbard and the State moved for resentencing because the court had not correctly told Mr. Hubbard...
