{¶1} Defendant-appellant Megan Noster was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol ("OVI"). After stopping Noster and transporting her back to the police department, Cincinnati Police Officer Barbara Ruff read Noster the top section of BMV Form 2255 and requested that Noster submit to a breath-alcohol-concentration test.
