DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Richard Williams, appeals the January 15, 2010 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a jury trial convicting him of two counts of domestic violence and a court finding of a community control violation, sentenced appellant to a total of six years of imprisonment. For the reasons set forth herein, we affirm.
