{¶ 1} This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a decision of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment for plaintiff-appellee/cross-appellant Dorothy Campbell, quieting title in real property located at 6119 Seaman Street in Oregon, in Lucas County, Ohio.
