{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Tavion L. Mays appeals from his conviction and sentence for one count of having a weapon while under disability, in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(2), a felony of the third degree. Mays filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on April 14, 2010.
